Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Scoop Rush, a mini game hosted inside the TikTok app and published by Apex AI Labs (“we”, “us”). By opening or playing Scoop Rush, you agree to these Terms.
The game
Scoop Rush is a free-to-play ice-cream parlor serving game. Gameplay involves taking customer orders, assembling ice-cream items, earning tips, hiring managers, and progressing through 24 signature tiers.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Scoop Rush inside the TikTok app for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the game (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law)
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the game
- Use the game for automated play, botting, scripting, or any form of exploitation of the game’s economy
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the game’s servers, ad system, or save system
- Use the game in any way that violates TikTok’s own Terms of Service or applicable law
In-app currency
Coins, gems, signature stars, and any other in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or other tangible items, and are not transferable between accounts. Currency balances are provided as part of gameplay and may be reset or adjusted for gameplay balance or fraud prevention.
Advertising
Scoop Rush shows rewarded video ads at your explicit choice — watching an ad is always optional. See our Privacy Policy for how ads are served.
In-app purchases
Scoop Rush v1.0 does not sell in-app purchases. If in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, additional terms specific to purchases will apply.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Scoop Rush (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Age
Scoop Rush is rated 12+ in TikTok Mini Games. You must be old enough to use TikTok in your country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the game with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Disclaimers
The game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex AI Labs disclaims all such warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Apex AI Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the game. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the game is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us for the game in the past twelve months, or ten United States dollars.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue, except where prohibited by applicable local consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the game. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
