We reply to most messages within two business days. Bug reports that block gameplay are prioritized.
Save issues
Your progress is saved by the TikTok host. If you have signed into TikTok on a new device and your progress has not restored, wait a full minute after opening Scoop Rush and try again — the host may still be fetching the save. If it still has not restored, contact us with your approximate signature-star count and last unlocked flavor so we can help.
Report a review or moderation concern
If you believe Scoop Rush contains content that violates TikTok’s community guidelines or applicable law, please email us with details and we will investigate promptly.
